JHS offer a dedicated service for Companies in the property industry.

All our services, (see Services), can be requested Online and if wished directed to a JHS Engineer for immediate action, average responce 1hr.

Our online service is designed to make it much easier to request work to be carried out on a property, keep track of that request and view any visits, diagnostics made, whether another visit is required. As well as being able to view all active requests, previous completed requests, you are also able to view all requests made for all properties, or just view the history of one property.

Please note 60% of requests can be successfully repaired in the first visit, the remaining requiring materials, 90% of repairs requiring materials are carried out within half an hour of the second visit, collectively repairs have an average cost of £50.00.

Some of our charges are as follows:

 Call-out 1st Visit   £40.00phh   includes diagnostics
 Call-out 2nd Visit £30.00phh   includes collecting materials for repair
 Pat test £40.00   Then £1.50 per appliance
 Gas Safety Report£40.00

Includes first two appliances then £10 per appliance,
Also includes printed test reports

 Boiler service £30.00
 Electrical Test £80.00   Includes all outlets and checks
 Power Flush £150.00   Then £10.00 per radiator
